We worked with The Amazing Race Canada to create an interactive chatbot in collaboration with META. The project was a first-to-market initiative for Bell Media Sales and marked our inaugural foray into AI chatbot technology via FB Messenger and IG Direct Messages. We empowered our audiences with a dynamic dual-screen engagement, seamlessly blending broadcast with our social presence.Our collaboration with Meta exemplified the power of a diverse media mix. From a broadcast spot promoting the chatbot to a robust digital and social campaign, every element came together seamlessly to drive audiences to the Chatbot. The result was a captivating experience, complete with an enticing watch-and-win trivia game, and exclusive bonus content.Along with the paid social, a Brand Lift Study was run on Meta to measure the overall impact of the campaign. For this study, lift was measured across Ad Recall, Message Association, and Action Intent. What the results show is overwhelming lift across each category. Ad Recall Lift on ads exceeded benchmark by almost 3 times.
